Compliance Program Manager to Amapola Flyg (PopulAir) – Technical Operations in Malmö

Are you passionate about continuous improvement and compliance? Interested in aviation maintenance and airworthiness?

Amapola Flyg AB is looking for a motivated individual to manage compliance monitoring tasks within our technical department, with a focus on Part 145 approvals. This includes developing and maintaining the audit program, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

We value candidates who are structured, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. Given our international team, fluency in English and strong writing abilities are essential.

You will also contribute to investigations, provide organizational insights, and support other departments as needed. This role reports to the Safety and Compliance Manager.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in the aviation industry, technical background in aviation maintenance within EASA is required

• Strong analytical and administrative skills.

• Understanding of airline technical operations.

• Training in management systems, quality systems, safety management, and risk management.

• Familiar with commercial airline operations and associated procedures.

• Human Factors training or equivalent, ​Fuel tank safety training, EWIS training, ​Familiarisation or other equivalent training on relevant or similar types .

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 software and Excel analytics.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.

• Experience with online manuals is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the audit program and conduct audits.

• Oversee risk assessments and manage change processes.

• Participate in investigations as required.

• Contribute to training programs.

• Assist with manual updates and revisions.

• Monitor environmental and operational activities.

• Support operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Background and security checks are mandatory for this role.

Position Details

• Type of Employment: Permanent or temporary contracts available. Employment base in Malmö.

• Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week).

• Salary: Fixed salary with additional compensation as per collective agreements.
