Position Summary
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the ATO and assist with the training function.
As a Training Administrator, you’ll gain a comprehensive view of the entire training delivery process.
You will serve as the main point of contact, overseeing the coordination and management of both instructors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, the Training Administrator will be expected to:
- Ensure timely preparation and availability of course materials from course commencement to completion.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary aircraft documentation and OM manuals in support of training activities.
- Collaborate with Training Managers, Training Coordinators, and Instructors to develop and publish training schedules.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CAE digital solutions, providing guidance to both clients and instructors.
- Maintain and update the database of completed training records.
- Support general administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience in the aviation industry is preferred
- Minimum high school diploma with 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish, with a strong understanding of Scandinavian languages
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-player mindset
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
