We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our Crew Office team, where you will play a key role in managing, supporting, and leading the crew operations for TUIfly Nordic. ABOUT THE JOB

  • Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant crew management, scheduling and logistics in accordance with TUI operations manuals and procedures.
  • Oversee the flight programme for TUIfly Nordic, ensuring complete flight coverage, operational flexibility, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the TOCC Crew Control Manager and other Crew Team Leaders to design and implement activities for continuous improvement in crew scheduling, fostering a culture of effectiveness, innovation, and customer-orientation.
  • Ensure sufficient crew resources to meet the operational demands within the AOC and the TUI Group.
  • Effectively lead, motivate and develop your team of crew officers daily to increase operational excellence in their ways of working, to aim for the optimal and equal distribution of duties amongst flight crew and cabin crew within the agreed timeframes, while ensuring that all CLA’s and legal regulations are respected.
  • Build and maintain effective, trusting relationships with key stakeholders to drive a cooperative partnership approach.
  • This is a shift-based role within a 24/7 operation, which requires flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced, operational environment.
  • Extensive experience in crew scheduling and resource planning, ensuring flight coverage while adhering to regulations.
  • Ability to assess operational data quickly and make informed decisions to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Comfortable making decisions in a complex environment, considering both immediate and long-term implications.
  • Proven ability to build trusting, effective relationships and work across multiple teams.
  • A strong understanding of financial implications and the ability to manage costs effectively.
  • Highly self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • In-depth understanding of aviation regulations and legislative guidelines.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
